Returns Policy
We urge our customers not to purchase any parts from us until they are completely sure that the part is 100% compatible with their vehicle. If you are unsure of anything or have any enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us. We will only return an item where it is found to be faulty. Please note that if you are purchasing a used part, we will do our best to describe its condition as accurately as possible but there may be marks or scratches from storage. For items being sold in a multiple quantity, the condition or colour may vary slightly from what is the one shown in the picture. We check our parts before sending them out but again, we urge our customers to check the item(s) for any signs of damage upon delivery before signing for them, as a signature communicates the customer’s acceptance. Once the customer has signed for their item, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred through transit under any circumstances whatsoever. Should a part be signed for then found to be damaged we will not be held responsible in anyway for the damage and will no accept the return item and no refund will be given, so please check the part before signing on your behalf for the item. This also makes it your responsibility to advise whoever is signing on your behalf for the item to check it thoroughly before signing. Therefore, if there is any damage to the item on delivery, please do not accept it. Should you require to collect in person then the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to the item as it then becomes a scenario where you are given the opportunity to make sure the item is correct and as described. If this is not the case then you have the choice of refusing the item whilst you are on site.


Postage and Shipment
Before we dismantle parts from a car, we check the functionality to ensure that the parts are in good working order. When we sell a part and package it, we perform a secondary check on the part to ensure that it is as per the description and that there is no damage to the part unless otherwise stated in the listing description. We package our parts as best as possible to prevent any damage through transit, although this can be a possibility. In regard to body parts and panels i.e. bonnets, tailgates etc, we strongly advise the customer to collect in person. However, it is possible to give a quote for postage through couriers if the customer provides us with their postcode. If the customer is happy with a body panel being sent through couriers, we cannot be responsible for any potential damage that may occur as this is a possibility with body panels that are easily damaged through transit. Postage is for mainland UK only, for other areas such as Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. Please email for a postage cost quote before purchase. All our postage costs listed on our parts on this website are for Main land UK only.
